Amateur Talent Contest

Sunday, July 25, 2010 - Noon

$5 entry fee for each act or group
Entry deadline is Saturday, July 24, 2010
Three divisions:
- a. Pre-teen - age 12 and under
- b. Teen - age 13 through 18
- c. Open - any age
Over $600 in prize money
First place winners qualify to compete at the Minnesota State Fair
Time limit is four (4) minutes
Accompanist (not a part of the act) may be any age
Instrumental tapes or CDs with NO VOCALS may be used for background
Must use sound system provided by the fair
Contest held Sunday, July 25, noon
Rules and guidelines are set forth by the Minnesota State Fair
1 st place winner will be asked to perform at fair board gathering
Winners must represent Rice County at MN State Fair Talent Contest
Talent Contest Cash prizes will only be allowed to winners who will represent Rice County at MN State Fair
