Camping during the Fair
Thank you for adapting to our new way submitting a request to camping during the Rice County Fair. All requests must be submitted by June 1st. After that a lottery will take place and we will notify you if you have been choose. Upon notifications you MUST pay for your camper spot by June 15th. Following that if you have not paid you will forfeit your space to the next person down the list. Please fill out the form below accurately and honestly, thank you!

Camping Rules:
1.You must be 21 years of age to rent a camping spot.Adultsupervision is required for the camping stay.
2.Please parkin a designatedspot.
3.Please be respectful of your neighbors.
4.No loud noise after 10:00 p.m.
5.No open fire. This includes no charcoal or gas grills.
6.No dumping of grey water on the ground nextto the camper. If caught dumping you will be asked to leave immediately.
There is a dump station on Fairgrounds Drive on the west of the fairgrounds.
7.Electrical power for campers only.Do not run cord to a supply truck.
8.No vehicles will be allowed to park next to or in front of campers. Park vehicles in the parking lot.
9.Camping pass and Parking pass are separate.
10.Camper pass must be displayed in the window at all times.
11.In the west camping area no horses will be allowed by campers in spots 1-10and the area surrounding those camping spots.
12.Camping spots will be available for horse trailers with living quarters. The designated spot will allow for an area for
horses to be tied next to the trailer.
13.Any person violating any rules will be given one warning to correct the problem, after the second violation the person
will be asked to remove their camper from the fairgrounds.
14.Any complaints must be made in the fair office and will be handled by fair officials.
15.Fair official’s decision will be final.
16.All camping must be paid in full before camper is allowed to be parked and must be paidby the person renting camping space.
17.Park all trailers perpendicular to building (east lot), or fence (west lot).
18.All persons under the age of 18 staying in a camper must be directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian between the hours of 9:30 pm and 6:00 am. Anyone not abiding by this rule, and if it is determined that adult supervision is not present the parent will be called and asked to pick up their child and camping privilege will be taken away.
