Senior Day at the Rice County Fair

Senior Day Specials:
• Golf Cart Rides from your Car and around the grounds!
• Buildings open at 10am.
•BINGO 10am- 4pm and 6-9pm !
• Spotlight Meal in the Straight River Room at 11:30 a.m.
• Awards will be in the Straight River Room or Sellner Stage weather depending at 1:00 pm
• Accordions on 5th Playing on Sellner Stage
• All Shows on the Cannon Stage and Sellner Midway Stage
• Whitesidewalls at 7pm on the Sellner Stage.
Dennis Blackmer Senior Citizen of the Year
The 2023 Outstanding Senior Citizen of the year Dennis Blackmer. Denny is evolved in many things though out the community. The is on the Rice County Fair Board, The Historical Society, and volunteers countless hours at his church Trinity Lutheran. Denny gives tours at the historical society and during fair week he even dresses up and plays the part of a teacher. He loves to bring in rhubarb stalks to church and help make some of those wonderful pies they sell. Denny has been a part of the Rice County Fair for too many years to count. He has been the one to organize the grandstand ticket takers.
His help is appreciated by all.
